Will the canvas print I receive look identical to the 3-D image on the
order customization screen?

The 3-D image that you see on the order customization screen is a computer generated rendition of what the canvas print will look like on a wall. The 3-D layout allows you to visualize the image and the effect of the various stretching options. While in most cases the canvas print that you receive will be almost identical to the 3-D image, it is possible that minor differences might exist. For example, ordering different sizes can result in minor changes in the aspect ratio. Also, sometimes colors in person will appear slightly different due to differences in computer screens and resolutions. However, no major differences should exist, and we know that you will really like your final canvas print product. That is why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!

How long will it take to receive my canvas artwork?

We offer two different shipping options: ‘Standard Shipping’ orders will normally arrive within 6-10 business days from the date of purchase, with some locations in Canada requiring extra days. After you purchase your canvas prints, the printing, stretching and framing process takes up to 5 business days. The order is then shipped via UPS, which normally takes 1-5 business days based on your location. 'Rush Order' service is available for customers in the Continental US, which guarantees that the canvas print will arrive at the customer’s location within 3-5 business days from purchase. Note: Business days are counted as non-holidays, Monday through Friday. The day of purchase counts as a business day if the order is placed before 1pm Eastern Time M-F.

Please note that prints should not be exposed to direct sunlight just as any original artwork.

Do your canvas prints need a glass covering?

Absolutely not. You can hang our canvas prints on the wall just like you would any original art painting. This is one of the great features of a giclée print.

Are your canvas prints compatible will frames that I already have?

We offer several standard print sizes that fit most frames. You can search our gallery of images by print size if you already have a frame, know its dimensions, and are looking for something to fit. Make sure to choose the ‘Standard Black Sides’ canvas print option, which has the correct depth that most frames fit. The ‘Standard Black Sides’ canvas print option also ensures that the entire print is visible on the front (versus the ‘Standard Wrap’ where the edges of the canvas print will be wrapped around the frame).
